Whilst we have every confidence in our dog grooming scissors, occasionally things can go wrong. Returns and refunds are acceptable, however please read below before returning your scissors.
For all orders purchase online through the website, We offer a 30 Days return policy from the date of purchase.Should you need to return your order please notify us first and return the scissors within 30 days in the correct case and packaging, so we can process any refund or replacement. State the reason clearly for the return of the scissors is required.A full refund is not available after the 30 day return policy has expired.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For a full refund of the scissor price (but excluding the postage cost), the order MUST be returned within the 30 days from the date of purchase. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the payment method use to make the purchase and will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of returned scissors. Once a refund has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Any purchases of Llinos Grooming Scissors or accessories made through a third party or second hand, WILL NOT be able to be returned and NO refund/credit note or exchange by Llinos Grooming Scissors will be provided.
